Our Meats at Butchers Bistro

All of our meat is raised locally, the vast majority coming fresh from our very own Bodmin Moor.

The Meat is sourced from local Cornish farms, where we prefer moorland cattle for the exquisite flavour.

All of our Steaks are matured for a minimum of 21 days & hung on the bone.

Wines & Beverages at Butchers Bistro

Although we are happy to be able to supply the more mainstream wines and beers, we are particularly pleased to be able to offer you wine from Cornwall’s own Camel Valley and beers from our local St. Austell and Atlantic breweries. We just know that you’ll love the difference!
